Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Phantom Resume Builder, a resume-building tool with designer templates, a live preview, AI writing help, and PDF export. By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the resume content you create and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use the service to impersonate someone else or to create a resume containing false credentials you intend to pass off as genuine to an employer.

Acceptable use

You may not use Phantom Resume Builder to:

• Upload or generate unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the import or AI features to process content you don't have the right to use.

AI-generated suggestions

The AI writing help (bullet improvements, summaries, skill suggestions) is a suggestion tool, not a guarantee of accuracy. Review anything it generates before relying on it — you're responsible for the final content of your resume.

Your content

You own the resume content you create. We don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to store it and render your preview/PDF, and we don't use it to train any model.

No warranty

Phantom Resume Builderis provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phantom Resume Builderand its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any hiring outcome related to a resume created here.
